Tuition and Fees
Registration Fee
The $500 enrollment fee is nonrefundable and is applied to tuition. It must be paid by the enrollment date of April 15 for grades K to 6. After April 15, available seats will be filled on a first-come, first served basis. However, in the event that enrollment targets are not met and Saint Francis School is forced to cease operations, the deposit of $500 will be refunded. The April 15th date is determined by the Hawaii Association of Independent Schools (HAIS).
Tuition
Tuition includes all fees except for the memory book and textbooks. The memory book and textbooks must be purchased separately.
Preschool Optional Fees
Preschool After School Care: $120 per month 4:00 p.m – 5:00 p.m. Based on availability and due by July 1, 2019.
Late Pick-up Fee: School hours are from 7:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. A late pickup fee of $2.00/minute applies. You will be given an invoice the day of the late pickup and agree to make payment the next business day.
Preschool Summer Program: $1,200 for the full month of June. Deposit of $240 due by January 31, 2019
Preschool Summer Program: $600 for July, ½ month. Deposit of $120 due by January 31, 2019
REGISTRATION FEE $500
Preschool tuition is $12,000 for 10 months(August-May) for all ages and includes daily hot lunch and one snack in the AM and one snack in the PM.

Visa, MasterCard, and Discover Cards are accepted and a 2.85% processing fee applies. Special arrangements for any other payment schedules will be reviewed on an individual basis. There will be a service charge for any special arrangements. Other expenses include textbook, uniform purchases, and band instrument rentals.
Textbook Purchases and Buy-Back
Required textbooks for the academic year are listed on the MBS Direct web page and may be purchased online at http://bookstore.mbsdirect.net/stfrancis-oahu.htm or by calling (800) 325-3252.
E-books may or may not be available by MBS. If the textbook comes with an e-reader, then it will be an option, however, not all textbooks have e-books available.
Used textbooks in good condition may be sold back to MBS Direct at the end of each school year. A quote from MBS is required to sell back books.
