Aloha and welcome to Saint Francis School!

For nearly 100 years, Saint Francis School has been educating thinkers and doers. As an inclusive, PK-12 coeducational college preparatory school, our students transform the world through contributions of the mind and heart. These reflect the best of a warm, innovative, courageous, and vibrant community guided by long traditions of excellence and social justice. All are legacies of Saint Marianne Cope, who dedicated her life to the care of those with Hansen’s Disease and exiled to Kalaupapa, Molokaʻi.

Our rich academic program offers outstanding educational opportunities to students within a caring environment. From play in the Preschool to rigorous honors and Advanced Placement courses in the Upper School, inspiring faculty design developmentally appropriate learning environments for the whole child, where students joyfully pursue their interests, are engaged with learning, and find meaning in purposeful and productive lives.

Saint Francis School students are celebrated scholars, artists, and athletes in the community. From the fine and performing arts, to over forty athletic teams that earn State Championship titles, most of our girls and boys participate in multiple co-curricular offerings throughout the year. Curious and creative, our students frequently start and lead a variety of clubs and activities that contribute to their path of self-discovery.

Nestled in beautiful Mānoa Valley, Saint Francis School’s location offers an ideal setting for study on campus and easy access to enhanced learning experiences in downtown Honolulu and neighboring universities.
